You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund provided you cancel more than 12 hours before your shoot time. In the event you cancel within 12 hours of your shoot time, you agree to pay a $200.00 cancellation fee.  

 

In the event we arrive at your location to pick you up and you are a no-show you agree to a $400.00 no show fee or 100% of your booking, whichever is less. You understand that the van can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes at your pick up location before having to leave for the next pick up. We will make every effort to reschedule you, but if we are unable to you agree to pay the no-show fee or 100% of your booking, whichever is less.

 

Shoot Las Vegas is selling a shooting experience and providing optional FREE transportation. If a problem with the free transportation arises causing delays, you agree not to dispute charges on your credit card. If Shoot Las Vegas provides you with the agreed upon shooting experience and you dispute the charges on your credit card and win the dispute process, you acknowledge that Shoot Las Vegas will file suit in a court of law and you agree that the venue for such a lawsuit will be Clark County, Nevada. You further agree that you will pay any and all collection costs, regardless of the outcome.
